So so happy about it, towels look old and dirty and it seems that they didn’t clean the floor, I us to like this place but the room they put me need maintenance
I am a Japanese person who stayed in Japan for a long time for work. The staff member Manuel was very kind, friendly and the best hotel staff I have ever had. Gracias.
The location is very good. Close to downtown but not in it, so you can move easily elsewhere. The room was very comfortable and nice although there is nothing hanging from the walls, it feels somehow empty. Everything is new which is great. The staff was very friendly. There is not enough room for all the guest's cars, that is a problem when you arrive late at night, but they took the car and my keys and all was well. I did not like the smell as you go into the hotel because the restaurant is in front and reception in the back, so it smells of food being cooked, I hope they find a way to fix that.
The hotel is pretty nice and fancy looking, good room service and surprisingly amazing breakfast buffet. Rooms are nice and big, but it's really hard to regulate water temperature when taking a shower, and the pillows aren't very comfortable. Overall, good place to stay.
Nice room. Very nice breakfast and dinner. Has a gym on floor 1 with big windows. Housekeeping everyday! 2 water bottles everyday. Stocked fridge. Nearby to beautiful downtown SLP and also restaurants, ice cream and a nice bakery. I was there for 8 days and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

San Luis Potosí has a number of nightclubs that make horrendous noise. While this NH is outside downtown SLP, it is sheltered against the noise. The room was modern, and the reception staff were friendly. As for the restaurant, the space could have been cleaner and the staff more enthusiastic. The breakfast was no big deal.
The staff is amazing ! They go above and beyond what you expect. This trip was stressful with visiting family and they made it so easy and perfect. Can’t say enough !
